My cell was ****** and I went in last Sunday for a sim swop. At the time I pointed out to the consultant that my account needs to b settled and if I could pay at the Voda shop. I was told I cant do a simswop unless the account is paid. I paid on the spot, was given a new sim, and was told that the sim will take up to 6 hrs to activate. Monday night the sim was stil not active, I phoned in and was told the sim could not be activated because the account is in arrears

Best regards,
They dont phone, sms, or email. Nothing. I went in last night, 18h00. They logged in a request to contact me today because accounts close at 17h00. Hearing nothing I phoned, waited 4.5 min, no reply, phoned again and was cut off, tried again . The consultant listened to my quirry, and let me hold for 12 minutes, then told me to phone the solutions department because he cant help me.
