Inconsistency and not adding value to clients

Dear Vodacom,

I have never experienced such a bad service in my whole life, my debit order declined on the 21/01/2018. I take full responsibility for the debit order which declined however, I called back in on the 30/01/2018 and spoke to 2 different consultants. I explained my predicament and asked for them to arrange a re-debit. I was advised of the different channels I could pay but I opted for Vodacom to debit within 3 working days which never happened. I called back to enquire why the debit order never went off only to find out nothing was done. The inconsistency of your staff is disgraceful and the level of customer centricity they portray is appalling. I asked for the names of the agents that assisted me prior and the agent I was speaking to blatantly **** trying to cover for her colleagues, saying such information doesn’t reflect on her side. I let it go and asked for a re-debit which was never done. I was promised a call back which never happened. My contract number ( ********** 523) has now been deactivated which made me call in again, and spoke to Mbali. Mbali advised that the re-debit request that was sent was incorrectly done and she would arrange another re-debit with the correct format and my line would be reinstated within 2-4 hours which hasn’t been done. I’m tired of staff not taking accountability for their actions and nothing been done about it. I am at a point of changing network providers because of such bad service, all because of a debit order, how hard could that be. I know Vodacom is a huge company and I’m just a number and wouldn’t even make a difference if I left but this is a matter of principle and ultimately a paying customer. I don’t know how you guys can rebuild my trust again but I can’t be played around like this and not valued all because of *********** staff that are not living to the companies’ values and standards. We had a long-lasting relationship sadly it must end at a bad note, thanks for taking time for reading my experience.

Yours sincerely Mahlatse
