Incomplete service

When I got my new phone the supplier didnt put my data saver on so used a huge amount without knowing !!!! Plus I cant buy airtime or data from my phone which I wasnt informed about. I still dont know if the contract name has been switched to my name. The last time they lost my documents ! Other than that the service was ok But want the issues sorted out
