I’ve had so many issues with vodacom firstly I followed all the requirements for early cancellation I paid the fee then I also paid a debit order now am being told that I owe Money
So the SIM card with airtime was given to me as that I get free minutes which my mom used because free right
I need an explanation on why I have to still pay almost R500 after cancellation
