Incomplete Delivery - Item missing!!!!

<p>THank you for finally delivering my Wifi Device - after a month of back and forth - EVENTUALLY...lucky! However when i placed the order i was told that i would also receive a years subsribtion to Top Dog, educational suff as well as Microsoft product - NOTHING!!! Do you plans on sending this or was this just a ploy to get me to take the product???</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you make good on your deal and send the above to me! And hopefully i receive it this week and not month later!</p>
