SOUTH AFRICA worst service delivery country in the world?By far! vodacom has had a new phone on the market(vodafone smart v8) since june 2017.after visiting 5 vodacom shops and calling their help line,i have yet to encounter any of their employees who have not even heard of the phone.if you want to sell a product,should your staff not be up to date?THEY have no knowledge no information or any product knowledge on this phone how you excpect to sell this product??
