According to Vodacom repair centre my BB 9720 was BER because of customer abuse. After discussing it with Divan Cloete @ the escalation team, I accepted that they couldnt repair the phone. I than took it to a private repair centre, few hours later the phone was working 100%. I informed Vodacom's repair centre, but didn't heard anything from them. Almost a week later. I want a explanation from them, is their technicians *********** or what. I want an answer to what are they gonna do about the situation. <br>
