*********** Vodacom Solution Experts dealing with billing queries

Since i upgraded my line rental contract mid September i have had nothing but pain in trying to get the billing sorted out. At the end of Sep they didn't charge me for my phone insurance but then double charged me end of Oct. When the contract was offered to me i was told that they can offer me the Smart TopUp S + line rental for R159 a month incl (200 min talk and 200 sms and 500mb data + 10gig free for the first month). Instead of charging me R159 they charged me R279 at the end of Oct and Nov. The end of Dec invoice has got a CIB discount Proration for R105,26 - i have no idea what this for - is this discount to make it R159? The 2 reference numbers i logged (1- ********** ********** and 1- ********** ********** ) were to get this sorted out - instead of the Solutions Expert getting back to me to confirm they understand what the logged calls are about; I just get and sms back for the first logged call which just says "Please be advised that the extra charge on your invoice is for insurance - call closed" - i know i have insurance, i am the one that took it out, and that was not what the logged call was about. For the second logged call i get an sms that says "Please be advised that you are charged insurance in addition to what was agreed upon with the sales agent" - really ... please go back to the recorded conversation where the agent called me and offered me a reduced rate on the Smart TopUp S + line rental for R159 and not R279 and once again i know i am paying for insurance because i asked for it. I have attached the quote showing the reduced premium on the Smart TopUp S +, so please do not tell me "Please be advised that you are charged insurance in addition to what was agreed upon with the sales agent".
