*********** vodacom service

Extremely irritated with vodacom. They have proven to be quite *********** and simply not trustworthy. I've always used vodacom because i thought they were great well...i made a mistake by getting a contract with them. I had this contract cancelled after paying whatever outstanding balance I was told to..this was last year 31/12/2022. Today I received a call from one of their rude debt collectors who told me I still owe them,i went to the store only to be told that the person who was assisting me cancel the contract was supposed to tell me about the balance and unfortunately they cant do anything to help because now i apparently have to call their debt collector/legal to arrange payment for an outstanding balance which i wasn't informed about from the get go. How am i even sure that this is the right amount to pay now?how am i responsible for something i wasn't made aware of the very instant i called to cancel my contract?if they can call me and be rude why the hell wasnt i informed about this alot earlier?why do i now have to go through debt collectors and legal because of vodacom's incompetence?you may not care about our credit scores but i certainly care about my credit score and record and the nerve to tell me i have to wait for 2months for this to be sorted is ridiculous...totally insane that now i must run from post to pillar just because someone failed to do his job properly ...if really this is how you guys make your money by withholding information until you run to your legal department then its really not any different from mugging us broad daylight.Totally disgusting service. Never getting any contract with ever again.
