*********** VODACOM EMPLOYEES & BAD SERVICE!

During October / November 2021, I contacted Vodacom about my mobile numbers which have beenhacked. The staff at customercare couldn't assist me and told me Icalled the wrong number. They couldn't give me the correct contact number. I called a few times again but the employees were *********** and their lackadaisical approach was enough to make me think of how I must pursue the matter. At the end of February 2022 I called customer care once again and made enquiries about a ***** matter. (People hacked my numbers and come into my numbers and use same to login to facebook, instagram and other apps). I was told that I have to open a ***** case at SAPS before Vodacom will attend to the matter. On 7/3/2022, I opened a case of ***** at SAPS, Villieria. I then forwarded all the documents as instructed by the customercare to the email address the employee given me. On 28 March 2022 I forwarded an email with all the relevant documents to the ***** department. I was told that they will contact me with a reference number which was given to me telephonically. I specifically requested Vodacom to NOT contact me on my contract numbers as I do not receive all my calls and/or messages. After making enquiries at customercare, I was advise that they called me on 2 occasions but I didn't take the call. HELLO???? I specifically requested them to contact me onanother number provided. I made enquiries by email every month but until today, I have not received any reply whatsoever! I copied Vodacom Customercare on ALL my emails to the ***** department. I was told that I must talk directly to the ***** department. I told them I copied them as I don't get any feedback from the ***** department! At last, someone at customercare gave me a landline number from the ***** department. I called at least 5 times but the number was engaged or the person couldn't take my call. How on earth am I supposed to pay for a service I don't get the benefit of? I pay my account monthly on time but Vodacom does not keep the contract from their side. I continued to make monthly email enquiries but to no avail! I sent my last email to Vodacom about middle of the month, advising them that I will post the complaint on Hellopeter.com and that I will instruct the relevant ombudsman to attend to the matter. It wasn't 2 days thereafter, I receive an email from the ***** department with a case reference number and that it will take 14 days. If I don't get a reply, I must email a specific person which I did email last week but up to today, I have received NO FEEDBACK from either complaints, ***** department or customercare! I am totally ****ed off with Vodacom's failure to assist me. I suffered damages as someone tried to buy something online with my bank card. Luckily there was not enough money in the account and I had to cancel my bank card! I had to get new bank cards twice before because of the same reason! I am not employed and don't have money to waste! Vodacom leave me no choice but toreport the matter to the ombudsman!

How pathetic, Vodacom! I am waiting the whole day for your call but typically your staff's lackadaisical approach, you failed to address my complaint and NOBODY has called me. I have only 1 option and that is to take my complaint to the Ombudsman! Why must I pay for a contract with Vodacom if Vodacom broke the rerms and conditions of the contract?

Vodacom, why do you continue sending the same email and request my information while I sent same on 3 occasions already? Playtime is OVER! Stop playing and start working as you are in default in terms of our contract. You fail to deliver and if you don't pull up your socks, I will report the matter to the Ombudsman tomorrow and I will approach the High Court to obtain a court order against you in respect of you breach of contract!
