Extremely poor service from vodacom Not only do they put the phone down when you call with concerns, they do not hesitate to be rude also. Incompetence does not begin to describe the service received. I tried to cancel my account since early last year, I even received a paid up letter and Cancellation email, but still no one bothered to do their job. Utterly disgusted.
