*********** Vodacom Customer care

I recent had my contract card stop working, with inly emergency call available, i called in to customer care.

I spoke to the agent, advising him of my issues, which he then asked that i lodge a service request, which i did.

I was quiet amazed of getting a called a day later, to say that my query has been resolved and i should receive my card within the coming week.

2 further days passed and i still did not receive a call to tell me when i can expect this card or to make arrangements for acepting the card.

I have been calling on customer care and the solutions dept numerous times but nobody can assist me with my query, even though i am quoting the reference given to me by Vodacom.

Why is it so difficult to get answer or for agent to provide me a reasonable response?

If the reference was there for a reason, why is it so diffcult to trace and figure out where, when or how far my query is to being complete?

Is the sale more important to Vodacom than retaining satisfied customers?

Who do i speak to that i can actually give me the answers i need???????
