Why vodacom they are not even a star worth. I just ask them a simple question to email me the cancellation procedure because I'm leaving this *******'s dump of South Africa for good. I just want to see what do I need to pay them if i cancel my contract before my contract date end with them. And they cant even provide me with the information so *********** are they. In my life will I not even prefer vodacom as a pay as you go Tany customer so *********** are they. To top it all up in the beginning they tell you that all calls are recorded but when you go back and ask them to investigate and listen what was said they just tell you ummm sorry sir can you please tell us what happen ***********. I ask them know for more than 2 YAERS to deduct per debit order from my account and until know nothing as of nothing happen. When you call in they ask you security questions and one of them is where do you bank and your debit order is going of ***. For more than 7 months I'm battle with this *********** vodacom employees to give me the correct vodacom account number so I can eft the money and every month my line is cut off due to the incorrect account number and they need to investigate. Send your proof of payment to popvodacom what a bull**** address I send over and over the pops and still they tell you to send it to this bull**** address. You can see where the ***********'s is coming from from the top MANAGEMENT OF VODACOM THE CEO HE IS JUST AS *********** AS THE CALL CENTRE PERSON ON THE GROUND CANT EVEN SORT HIS INHOUSE OUT. I'm more than 17 years with this network and I'm so glad that I'm almost done with the most *********** people that I have dealt with
