<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I use to have a Vodacom account. I became unemployed in 2013 the account got handed over to Vodacom 3rd party debt collection agency. After numerous calls from them I made an arrangement to settle the outstanding fees. They offered me discount on the settlement an I opted it. I started my new job an settled with them. Paid in the money's and requested the account to be closed an a confirmation of this via email. 2 years went past an I subsiquently forgot about it. As I didn't get any calls stating I owes anyone monies. I then tried to apply for a new contract at Vodacom just to find out that the account which I settled was never removed from my name. It's been affecting my credit score ever since an I can't get Vodacom nor there 3rd party vvm to disclose that the account was settled. I'm considering taking legal action against both companies for the stress and financial direst they have caused on my name it's been a up hill battle to call vvm an an get this sort ed I don't no what else to do as I'm running out of options. </span></p>
