*********** VODACOM
Vodacom is absolutely USELESS. Due to equipment failure in Vaal Marina, we have been without Data for a month now. Even though we have a Vodacom Contract for 3 years, you just pull up your shoulders as you cannot help and that we must just wait till you can fix the problem. You still charge me, but you cannot deliver a service or even try to help. How is this contract then valid if you are not holding up at your end by supplying me with data. i want answers and solutions asap. this is not acceptable.
