*********** Vodacom

At the vodacom shop Century city someone using a very clear ********** ID document opened up two contracts with that shop. On that ID the birthdate and ID number does not match. The barcode is not on the right area and the photo has clearly been added on. He initially received all my information from the Mtn shop Somerset Mall. At the Vodacom shop they opened these contracts without having the necessary documentation. Three month bank statement they would not have had. NOW i can not remove this debit order on my bank account until vodacom does their investigation and it is almost end of the month and this money will go off. Further on the contract he signed he even wrote a completely different ID number that is on the ID document witch nobody picked up.

Nothing is being done. I called again. Again costing me money. I have not been contacted by anybody. Then i am told by an operator at 082111 that i have to go to the shop where this happened to sort it out. I live in Limpopo and they expect me to travel all the way to Capetown. She also said that the investigation will take a long time, and that there is procedures to follow. What happened to the procedures that they had to follow to open a new contract. Now i have to suffer when they make it so easy for a ******** to get stuff done in a few minutes. I was then also told that vodacom will take legal action if i keep reversing the debit order for this illigal contract.
