*********** TO GIVE ANSWERS / HELP
1 June changed to Top-up from 1 July. In meantime R50 voluntary call limit was set for June. 5 June tablet shut down. 6 June visited Vodacom, Cape Gate, was informed a xpor.mobi was active on tablet with R20 pd charge and content service until 6 June was R52.30, the reason why it shut down. Voluntary call limit was increased to R100. xpor.mobi was deactivated and all other applications incurring fees was disabled. 9 June tablet shut down again. Visited Vodacom, Cape Gate on 10 June, dealt with Corinne. Account showed that content services was R117,00, the reason why tablet shut down - exceeded call limit R100. She couldn't explain what happened from 6 - 9 June that call charges went from R52 - R117. Again had to increase voluntary call limit to R152.30. After 30 min data was still inactive, returned to Corinne. Had to restart, remove sim card without any joy. Corinne phoned helpline, they calculated call limit should be R167.30. Am anxiously waiting to see if tablet is going to shut down again.....and what the reason then will be. It seems as if the staff is totally *********** to assist with any queries and get rude when you question them on certain things.
