I upgraded my contract of almost 22 years in Sep 2014 on the internet, I received a faulty handset sent it back received the second faulty handset three weeks later, returned that one as well, ask them to send me a different make, for almost two months I had to use my old handset yet they still charged me for both phones, so ok that's fine until I checked my statements in January only to find that I am still being charged for 2 phones the one I returned and the one I have currently, I complained and was promised a refund, to date nothing, low and behold I look at my other contract which was upgraded in November 2014 just to find out that I am being charged for two phones there as well, what a bunch of ******/******* no better then the freakin government, I feel like cancelling both my contract with them, dishonest F%$#$%#s, I WANT MY FREAKIN MONEY BACK NOW I am going to post this on every single social platform I can find. sort out my refund on both contract NOW.
