I booked my phone for screen repairs in hatfield vodashop centre on the 15th of September, i only got my phone back 3 weeks later. I wasn't happy about that because month end i still paid the full installment for that phone. Two days later i took the phone back because i noticed that the screen wasnt properly fixed (i could see the light from the inside of the phone :(. Its been a week, and im still waiting for the phone, they didnt even give me a job number 2nd time round because the phone is with the regional manager. On top of this, they still expect me to pay the full installment for a phone i didnt have for a whole month. Partly because of their incomptent technicians and whoever approved the phone to be handed while it wasnt properly repaired. This is not fair on anyone and definitely not right.
