*********** Stuff. Sim Not provisioned
It's been over 48hrs since my network went into emergency mode. Went into vodacom shop they did a SIM swap instead which failed . I have been to this store 3 times already & they keep on doing the same thing which does not work. I currently have 3 vodacom sim card with "no sim provisioned". No one @ vodacom knows how to fix it😡 NB I don't have a number so I dont know how you will contact me!!!!

After a dreadful experience at Greenstone vodashop. I am happy to say Merchants Vodacom call center Stuff are the best at service. They know and understand the system better than the actual vodacom employees. Merchants is service oriented, and the only reason am still with this Network. Big Up Merchants Khoni and the other ladies who Assisted in Resolving a very simply Issue
