*********** staff with a poor attitude

I walked into the newly opened store at the Marc thinking i was going to get the best service based on location, only to find a bunch of inept consultants all busy on their cell phones and no one stepping forward to assist. I wonder what Vodacom pays all these people for. I approach 1 consultant to ask about a particular special only to be passed around from 1 to the next person as no one seems to have the full details of the special. I eventually end up at Mpho who starts arguing with me about why i shouldn't take the promotion instead of getting off his behind to give me what i requested. The situation got so bad that the manager came out to intervene. She apologies and resolved my matter but i said to her to keep this situation in mind when she reads this review on Hello Peter. There is only 1 person at this store who truly works and has the right attitude and i would like to commend Avo!!! unfortunately she was not in on this particular day.
