*********** staff unable to assis
I changed banks to Investec, so Investec phoned Vodacom to change my debit order and Investec was informed that Vodacom doesn't have a contract on my ID number. When I called, the first operator pretended not to hear me. I called again and the second operator could hear me (kind of funny, because I sat at the same place as the first call).
Then the operator could not assist as I got security questions wrong.
Then I was informed that I should call them again and answer the security questions correct. She couldn't even tell me which ones I got incorrect.
So how you get your money tomorrow is your problem. Investec and I have tried, but no luck.
I also don't understand how \security\" is so ridiculous to change a debit order, but Vodacom can divulge my personal info to a company that phoned me right after I called customer service to try and sell Vodacom data to me."
