<p>I cancelled my Vodacom contract on the 20th of January to be in effect from 28 February. In the legal time frame of when my contract expires and in time for Vodacom to close my account and switch me over to prepaid.</p> <p>In March I paid my final payment for calls made in February via a debit order, as it has been since I opened my account.</p> <p>Now in April I receive another invoice, which should not be possible as I have been on prepaid since 28 February!</p> <p>There is no email customer care and I have to go through the very long and tedious process to be put through to an agent. And then I am put through from one department to the next and the next etc. for 45 minutes without any department being able to help because it’s either contracts or accounts or customer services but never any of them that should help me with my query.</p> <p>Additionally I found that I am currently on the pre-legal list due to accounts in arrears when I have a debit order with Vodacom. So if there is money outstanding its due to the incompetence of Vodacom not loading their debit order correctly although all my statements show that everything is paid.</p> <p>I’m so sick of Vodacom with their poor service, ever so greedy to take your money but never available to help. It seems that once they have you in their greedy little hands they won’t let go of you!</p>
