*********** staff and poor service

In May 2019 I bought a Samsung A50 at Vodacom Queenstown branch. I never experienced any problems up until October. My phone had a problem with the microphone, I could hear when someone speaks but they could not hear me. On the 8th October 2019 I sent it back to Vodacom and I told them the problem and they said they will send it to repairs at Mthatha. They told me I will get it back after 3 weeks. On the 21st I went to check the process and one of the staff members called repairs and they said they've just bought a new microphone that day and they will fix it. I went to check again on the 28th and they called repairs and they told them that my phone is sent to Joburg for repairs they cant fix it themselves. On the 31st I called the repairs myself and asked what is the process of my phone has it been fixed, they said yes its on its way back from Joburg to Mthatha. On the 1st I called the repairs and the lady I spoke with said the phone has arrived and I will get it on Monday or Tuesday that is the 4th or 5th November Ram couriers has taken it from them its on its way to Queenstown. On Monday I went to the branch to check if my phone has arrived and one of the staff called the repairs and they said my phone has just left their store its on its way to Queenstown and that was around 1pm in the afternoon, remember they said on Friday when I called them they have sent my phone back to Queenstown branch. I went back on Tuesday again to check if it has arrived they said no it hasn't arrived I should come back again on Wednesday that is the 6th. I came back again on Wednesday and luckily my phone was there, but now it had no box that I sent it with, it had no cover and no sim tray. I asked for the manager and I told her that I want to cancel the contract and I want my money back that I have paid for the for the past months or they should give me another phone. The manager said even if I cancel the contract I will still have to pay until I finish my period, I said ok then they must give me a new phone since my phone is insured and she said I will have to pay R2000. They then gave me another sim tray and the manager said she will call repairs and ask them to send back my phones cover and sim tray. On the following day I made a call and to my surprise the phone was still not working and now it also goes blank.

Am so sick of this and I know if I send it back to repairs its going to take another four weeks and they will keep on telling me stories all the time like they did before. Why cant they just give me a new phone and they take this one they have also ruined because I sent it with one fault and it came back with another fault and the 1st fault was not even dealt with. What am I supposed to do without a phone. I have a bereavement at home I cant use my phone because it has a problem with the microphone and it turns blank. What am I supposed to do?
