*********** staff

I wanted to port from Telkom to Vodacom mid December and went in store to start the process, I received a text from both Telkom and Vodacom about my request being successful between the 24/25 of December but couldn't go in-store as I was travelling. Before the 13th of January 2023,i called Vodacom and asked if I could still go inside the store to complete my request and the lady who assisted me said I could. On the the 13th of January 2023,i was assisted by a gentleman at Canal Walk who gave me a Sim card, made me pay R165 porting fee and told me to go home as my port had been done successfully. A week passed without me losing signal from my Telkom Sim and eventually calling Vodacom as the port was not a success! After being given the runaround, I was told to go back to the store which I did on the 26th only to be told to go back home and wait for a text from Vodacom which I never received as of the 1st of February. Vodacom and it's staff are clearly *********** and refuse to refund me the R165 I paid for a port that wasn't successful. This is infuriating and a waste of petrol. At this point, I just want my refund but it's stories
