A ********** account was opened in my name with vodacom on 09-05-2012 and i opened a case with Benoni police Station immediately after discovering this.The matter was sent to Vodacom ***** dept for investigation and later (31-01-2013) closed the account after confirming that it was a fradulent account. 3 years later i am still black listed for this account on ITC as no one bothered to remove my name against this account. Talking to Vodacom 's Subscriber dept has been a wasteful exercise as none of the people(Mpho,Regan and Robin) knows what needs to happen and keep on sending me between Legal, Activation and ***** departments without assistance. I can't have my Bond application approved because of this nonsense. I cannot even get a letter from Vodacom confirming that the matter was investigated and closed as *****.can someone competent enough at Vodacom assist me as i do not owe them any cent. this is really frustrating because my life is literally on hold because of this **** that Vodacom has put me through. <br> <br> Frustrated, Simon Moramaga
