<p>I called Vodacom upgrades last thursday to upgrade my contract. I had mentioned to The agent that im bot willing to spend more & we decided on upgrades to The Huwaei P8 with 1G data bundle. I received an sms of order confirmation (Dear Shaaista Rawat your quotation has been processed 1- ********** ********** . Use the order number 1- ********** ********** ). After 2 days of no response i called to find out about delivery. Of which i was then told this phone is out of stock & discontinued! </p> <p>I then ordered another phone Nokia 3, received an sms (Dear Shaaista Rawat your quotation has been processed 1- ********** ********** . Use the order number 1- ********** ********** ). I was told that this phone is in stock. I later called to cancel this order after reading reviews of the phone. I was then told that the said phone was not in stoc**** </p> <p>I mean really Vodacom, do u not educate ur staff. I am awaiting a reply about cancellation of contract. I want what was promised to me being the Huwaei P8 lite for R150 with 110mins & 1G! I was not informed of it being out of stock.</p>
