<p>I have sent in my phone to get repaired. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been been called into the store for a total of 3 times since then. </p> <p>1st incident: all forms had been filled and had been approved. After 1 month of no communication from the branch, I decide to go into the store myself. I had been told that the insurance papers had not been completed and That it was, and I quote "not her fault" </p> <p> </p> <p>2nd incident: we had to fill in the insurance form for the 2nd time. A black staff member was utterly rude in front of a lot of customers, my wife was publicly humiliated as she is a foreigner. Which resulted in her leaving the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>3rd Incident: age following up on the progress of the phone , I was told that the repairs was not done as the insurance claim was not completed. It is clear that the staff member at Vodacom Eastrand mall sabotaged this claim. </p> <p> </p> <p>My bill with vodacom with almost 13 contracts spending over R20 000. Rand a month, and we treated this way.</p> <p> </p> <p>i would request that anyone considering taking out a contact with insurance from vodacom reconsider. Secondly I would request that Vodacom East rand mall be investigated by Vodacom head office regarding this racial assault on my wife and furthermore the process for the repairs on my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>many a times I was thinking about switching over to either cell c or Mtn, but I never followed it through. I urge all customers out there in weigh there options closely when choosing a service provider. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am comtemplating taking this matter further after Tuesday if the response is not favorable. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
