I asked vodacom Giyani to send my phones to repairs and I was only told that it will be a matter of 21 working days for the phones to be repaired. I got an sms which I mistakenly deleted with the job number for my phones. Now I cannot find help because I do not have any information about the Polokwane Vodacom Repairs and I no one at Giyani is willing to help me get my phones back.
