I switched my account from my fathers name to mine and upgraded to a new contract. In this process i explicitly said that i do not want insurance and i indicated that on the contract. But still someone registered me for insurance. I had to phone and de-register. Now all of a sudden i have parental control on my phone that blocks even websites like pinterest. I have to go to a vodacom store and show my id for something that i also did not request. Vodacom has the worst service.
