I visited Vodacom in Century City in May to cancel my contract and the lady who assisted me assured me that the contract would be cancelled the following month. In June I received calls and messages from Vodacom claiming that my account was in arrears and that I need to make payment. I advised them that the contract was due for cancellation. This carried on for the months of June, July, August and now in September I am still receivig calls and messages from Vodacom to please make payment as my account is in arrears. I contacted Vodacom again on the 5th August to cancel the contract but yet again it hasnt been done. How difficult can it be to cancel a contract????? I want this contract to be cancelled and I want to be reimbursed for the 3 months that I have paid them for a contract which I initially requested to be cancelled.
