*********** sales and useless manager

I lost my phone P30 Pro258G last week and as the phone is insured I did all the necessary and claimed it and my claim was approved. I was advised to go to any Vodacom store for a new phone, I did this Friday and went to Vodacom in Canal Walk and was given a new phone. When I got home I realised that I got a 128G instead of 256G and the next morning I was at the store to let them know and spoke to manager who advised me it was an error from thier sales guy for not letting me know that they don't produce the 256G any more and a 128G was available. I told him I can't accept this as there was a reason why I bought a 256G and not 128G and also value wise it wasnt the same. I was told by Manger that there is nothing he can do at that moment as the claims department was off since it was weekend and that I must use the phone and he will call me back Monday for an update..Monday no call, Tuesday still nothing and I decided to go to the store and find out what was happening. When I got there they offered me a memory card for the memory which I found so disresctful, I mean I'm paying for a much more expensive phone and they want to give me a memory card which if I wanted would have bought the 128G in the first place and got my own memory card. I left the phone by them and they said they would get back to me this morning but until now nothing again, I've been calling the store and this manager seems to be playing hide and seek and I'm loosing soo much coz I use this phone for business and the sad part is I'm running around from calling the store, calling the insurance for a phone that I don't have but I'm paying.Vodacom has got the worst *********** sales people ever and useless managers.. I'm ****ed of right now and I'm just waiting for them to debit me for a phone I dont have and not using I will take it further.
