*********** people working for Vodacom costing me time and money.

In June 2017 I upgraded two contracts and took out insurance on the two phones. One phone got damaged and I handed it in at the local Vodacom shop. First it was send away for a quotation then I were contacted with the repair amount of R2400. After asking if the insurance wasn't covering the cost they apologized and said they couldn't find the insurance forms and the process started again, the phone was send back to the shop for some reason and had to be send again for a new quote at the advanced repair center, this was going on for four months and eventually they agreed to repair the phone if I signed new insurance forms and pay the insurance installments from the day I got the phones which I agreed to do because I was now fed-up with all this incompetence. The local branch manager contacted me in December 2017 to inform me that the phone was there and that I must pay the insurance since purchase which mounted to just over R900. When I got there to collect the phone the amount was back to R2400. I know I took out insurance on the phones in the Vodacom shop signing the forms on their counter, how can they loos something like that? Why was the phone sent to and fro numerous times and every time with a different story. Every time you get to the Vodashop there is someone else in charge there and dont know about things happened previously. Now I want to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom, enough is enough.
