Dissappointing level of customer service. Poor all round. Shocking that this network still sustains, but probably because people have attempted to cancel and due to sheer poor services, Vodacom has not done so. It is no wonder that 67% of reviews on this platform is 1 star rating. Appalling to say the least. Do not recommend this network.
