*********** in changing my address details

I called Vodacom in order to update my address. Can't remember who i spoke to, but the lady on the phone sounded as if she could be doing something better with her life than speak to me. I have been a loyal customer for years now and all i ask is that my address details be corrected on my statement. I wish i could attach what the lady actually put as my details. I mean, i know she hates her job but customer service is important for any business. Please may my address be changed to the following: Unit 50 Ibis Estate Camwood Street Esther Park Kempton Park 1619 I fear that if i call again, i will again speak to someone like her.
