*********** ********** BUNCH!
Pathetic is an understatement!!!!! 1. Firstly they automatically upgraded a contract without consent 2. Then after a big blowup they told me they would cancel the contract Spoke to one FATTIMA CAMPBELL on 27 July at 14h55 who confirmed that she would PERSONALLY sort this out and make sure the cancellation is done effectively 31/7. Needless to say: 1. Contract is STILL not cancelled - instead they changed it to a PRE-PAID. Who asked for this????? Are these people SO *********** 2. She was supposed to cancel it with immediate effect and NOT end October I want answers Vodacom as you guys continue to mess things up. Do you just have *********** staff or are you guys conducting ********** business ?

11 Aug 2021, 15:58No the cancellation was NOT loaded - they converted the account to pre-paid. NOT AT ALL what I wanted. I was also advised that this contract would be cancelled by 31/7/2021 which it is still not
