Vodacom agents are very useless, I called in yesterday and advised one of the consultants that I had a contract with them that actually ended last month, I wanted a simple Invoice to show that I had a contract which should specify the phone I took when I took out the contract and the person just sends me a quote without any information. How *********** is that? I need that because I have to submit it to my insurer as it is needed during the claim process, is that too much to ask?
