What a joke. Handed me over to Burnard and Raaff collectors. Made an arrangement with them to pay and already paid 3 payments. According to law when the 1st payment is received by Burnard they have to remove my name from the ITC immediately. Nooooo according to Temba Malusela, an employee of Vodacom she know the law perfect and that is not how it will work. According to this LAW expert the account have to be payed in full then only Vodacom will remove the listing from the ITC. She told me she will send me a copy of this part of the LAW but did not even took my email. Hahahaha. So yes I am still waiting for her. I cant believe a huge company like Vodacom can appoint such *********** people and above all even more *********** companies to collect their money.
