*********** customer service consultants

My husband has been trying to apply for a contract with vodacom for almost two weeks. He's a already a client of theirs , however the customer service is so bad he's been unsuccessful. It's clear the consultants are clueless about what to do. Dont they care that they are losing valuable clients because of the *********** employees. Managers promise to call and never do. Really unacceptable.
