*********** Customer Service

I need your help with retrieving my refund from Vodacom. My contract with Vodacom was expiring on the 30/04/2016. I contacted them on the 01/04/2016 to inform them of my intention to cancel the contract. On the 31/05/2016 they deducted the sum of R360.70 from my account. On the 01/06/2016 I contacted them querying the debit that they have done on my account and their reference number was: 00L9~9XEQ. I was informed that the query will be escalated to the finance department. On the 09/06/2016 after the expiry of 7 days, I contacted them again to inform them that the money has not been deposited into my account and was given ***~83V2. On the 23/06/2016 I received an sms confirming that my query has been closed with reference number 1- ********** 4863. The agent informed me that the matter has been escalated to a senior agent who will assist with the query. On the 02/08/206 I contacted them again and the agent informed me that the account department has processed a credit note and would ask them to deposit the money in my account and the process will take up to 7 working days and the reference number was 1- ********** 1565. On the 15/08 I received an sms with reference number 1- ********** 0101 stating that the query has been escalated to support specialist. On the 03 September I received an SMS stating that my query with reference number 1- ********** 0101 has been closed but nothing deposited into my account. Although I have informed the agent that I am no longer interested in doing a business with them as on the 31/07/2015 they debited my account with the sum of R1114.86 and again on the 31/08/2015 they debited my account with the sum of R3, 192.09. After a lengthy argument with them on the 03/09/2015 they send me a once off gesture of goodwill form for the amount of R1368.36 to sign. I tried querying this but I was informed that my device is doing automatic updates .I logged the call for them to investigate the updates but when they resolved the call they informed me that they cannot pick up any irregular applications running on my device.
