*********** couriers and WORST SERVICE EVER

Poor rating comes mainly due to your ***********, arrogant, idiots of couriers. Further to this is your lack of response and help to get the issue sorted. RAM is ***** and they make you look bad. TIME for New couriers. They were supposed to deliver on Monday. First they said they tried to contact me, yes got the e-mail the morning but there were no call later as they claim. Then they said they were at my house and no-one was there, well I was there the whole day WAITING for them. I have video footage of the whole day to show that they did not arrive. Then they arrange to deliver on thursday 8 August 2019 with my wife, well its now 22:21 and NO one has showed up. CONSIDER DEAL CANCELLED, I cannot work deal with companies nor their subcontractors that are incompetant ***** and arrogant *****s. You can tell ram to return the package to you and cancel my contract. Consider also that I will lay a complaint against you and RAM for poor service and claim loss of income for 2 days at the Consumer ombudsman. I am done upsetting my myself with *********** companies and poor service in South Africa.
