I have had the worst service with vodacom. I requested cancellation on my home fibre line however none of the consultants can tell me wether its a calender month or 30 days notice that i have to place. I also had data contracts which i requested to be cancelled however they coudnt do that, today i recieve an email containing a Warning letter because my account hasnt been payed. I am told by the consultant to pay all outstsnding money and then dispute it with another department. Thankfully i have no more contracts with Vodacom and i wont be taking any in future.
