<p>I requested phone records from telkom on the 24th of this month. I was told to send a copy of my ID and a signed letter with a reference number (Reference number 1- ********** ********** ) requesting my cellphone records. I did that. Today I made a follow up and I was told that my request was cancelled. This is poor service and it is unacceptable</p>
