*********** consultants

This is now the 3rd hello Peter complaint I have to place on vodacom as I am having endless issues. I am utterly disgusted with the level of service and the consultants that i have had to deal with...several of them with different stories. Due to the various stories consultants have been telling me I have asked them to send me an email and they said they cannot. Really?? So one consultant says everything is sorted only to get debited incorrect amounts, another says nothing was done. Now they suspend my line. Dam *********** company. Rather switch !
