*********** consultant from Vodacom

I'm fed up with Vodacom and not pleased at all with there service towards me. Ive been writing reviews about this and nobody is getting back to me with a feedback as they say a concultant will call me. I've been calling about the fact that when people call me the number says private number and when I mentioned it they say that I need to pay this second option to be active. The consultant name is Charlotte she said that shes also using another network provider she is also paying for this number to be visiable when call them. And a previous consultate said that its not fair for them to treat me like that without infroming me what's happening. So I don't understand what they expect me to do. So ive been busy calling them and they not assisting me.
