*********** consultant and horrible service

I called Vodacom to get assistance only to find a rude consultant named Bridget who argued with me instead of helping, I mean talk about the level of unprofessionalism of that lady its as if she had ZERO training. i asked her to transfer me to her team leader and she just hung up on me like the liver.

Vodacom billed me extra in my contract and she tell me there is nothing they can do about that "SORRY" like I need sorries, I need my money back not sorry.

Vodacom is just thee most terrible service and their consultant are not even properly trained.
