<p>Went in to Vodacom shop at ChrisHani Crossing (Vosloorus) for a sim swap, I was told I need ID book, proof of address, last 5 dialed numbers and R30. I went to my bank to get a statement as proof of address. I specifically told the person who was helping me at Vodacom shop that I need a Nano sim, but I was sold a microsim. To my inconvenience I have to suffer due to an *********** Vodacom employee who was talking on her phone and helping another client while doing my simswap</p>
