The most pathetic service I have ever received from any company !
Very quick to sign u up and take your money but when you try to cancel your contract suddenly all staff is very ***********
Besides the endless messages to their social media team, emails don't get responded to and when u call u get passed around from sales to cancellations to online and back around again because no one knows who is their supervisor and cant assist. Or they will call u back and they never do !
it's been over 3 months !!!!
DON'T SUPPORT VODACOM ! YOU WILL REGRET IT !
