***********; bad attitude and refusal to help

I wasn't helped by Johan even though he was the only person on technical support.<br> He disappeared for 20mins when it was my turn... apparently for a smoke and came back to assist a white customer still refusing to acknowledge me or assist. He did not even view my phone.<br> Furthermore when I indicated that I would lay a complaint he decided to send Noel ( colored man) to assist even though it was not his department <br> He tried his best to assist but after an 1hr and 30mins I left vodacom feeling frustrated and disrespected.<br> Please can u see to the discipline or removal of this person.<br> I have been a loyal contract customer for many years and have never had such poor service.
