*********** and pathetic service

Pathetic customer service unable and unwilling to provide proper service and assist. Provided the wrong contact nr and delivery address details to RAM for delivering my parcel, even after I confirmed it with the *********** consultant over the phone. Phoned customer service but not willing to help and passing me onto different departments and then call got disconnected. Received a message to say I must contact RAM to rearrange, but then RAM is telling me I must contact vodacom to change the address. So now their incompetence becomes my frustration and stress!
